By entering the ‘Ramset Apprentice Program’, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to redeem forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2 Incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect, erroneous, ineligible, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

1.4 The promotion will be conducted in all States and Territories in Australia.
2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
2.1 Participation is only open to Australian residents aged 15 years or over who reside in Australia during the Promotional Period and is currently enrolled into an Australian Trade Apprenticeship.
2.2 If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
2.3 Associated persons and entities. Directors, officers, management, employees, and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, and other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
2.4 Entrants may only submit one entry for the promotion. An additional entry is accepted if the correct steps are followed. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
2.5 Proof. The Promoter may require entrants to promptly provide identification including (without limitation) proof of identity, proof of active student I.D., proof of age and proof of residency (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) to confirm the entrant’s identity, age, residential address, apprentice status, eligibility to enter, participate and claim a Prize. If the entrant fails to produce such proof that entrant will be ineligible for the Promotion.
- HOW TO REDEEM & CONDITIONS OF REDEMPTION
3.1 The Promotion commences at 12.01am ADEST on 15th November 2022and ends at 11.59pm ADEST on 31 January 2023 (Promotional Period).
3.2 In order to win, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, enter contact details truthfully AND complete the 25 words or less criteria, follow @ramsetaus on Instagram AND successfully complete the Ramset Apprentice Program Training Module by 11.59pm ADEST on 31 January 2023.
3.3 Chance plays no part in determining any winners of this Promotion. All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5.00pm ADEST 7th February 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
3.4 All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on their response to ‘In 25 words or less, describe why you believe you should win the Ramset Apprentice Program’. The most creative and original entry will win a prize. There are 16 prizes to be won. We recommend putting your maximum effort into your entry. The decision of judges is final.
3.5 Entries that, in the Promoter’s judgment, contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate material or that infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) will be invalid. This includes, but is not limited to, any entry which the Promoter considers to be disparaging to its products and/or services or is otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the Promotion (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
3.6 All Prize(s) will be awarded to the winning entrants based on the subjective decision of Judge(s)’s assessment of the creativity and originality of your entry.
3.7 The winners will be contacted on the 14 February 2023 by 5pm & ITW Proline must receive a response by 28 February 2023 to redeem their prize. If no contact is received to marketingindustrial@itwcap.com the prize is deemed forfeit.
3.8 By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to being added to our mailing database and to receive future updates via this medium.
4. PRIZE(S)
4.1 The total giveaway pool for this Promotion is RRP AUD $5,000 (inclusive of GST).
4.2 The giveaways are (in order of highest RRP to lowest):

4.3 The following conditions apply to the giveaways:
- If the giveaways are unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the giveaways with a giveaway to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- The giveaways cannot be taken as cash.
- The winners will be identified by 5.00pm ADEST 7 February 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. The winners will be notified by 5.00pm ADEST 14 February 2023 via phone and email and will have 14 days to respond.
- If any prizes remain unclaimed after 28th February 2023, the prize will be deemed forfeit.
- PROMOTER’S RIGHTS
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5.2 If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- to disqualify any entrant; or
- subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
- NO LIABILITY OF THE PROMOTER
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters’ ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
6.3 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to the following:
- any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether under the Promoter’s control).
- any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.
- any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- any loss or damage to a Supplementary giveaway in transit.
- any tax liability incurred
6.4 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, or Google. Any information provided by an entrant is provided to us and not to Facebook, Instagram Spotify, and Google. Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, and Google from all liability in relation to this Promotion.
6.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize. We can’t exchange, swap, or transfer the Prize or any unused portion of it. If the Prize(s) is/are unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we cannot be held liable.
